Torrid Shades Of Grey

I've been wearing a lot of white this Summer, but I think my favorite neutral is grey. Dove grey to be specific. So in putting together another outfit for the "Accessorize My Outfit with boticca.com" challenge I chose a predominantly grey palette.

I wore this outfit to see the new Wolverine movie with my favorite fella. While we were at the mall I stopped into Opry Mills' newest store Torrid. Torrid is a spinoff of Hot Topic and specializes in sizes 12-26. Their sizes run 0-4 in the spirit of vanity sizing, which I find a little off-putting, but I understand this seems to be the new trend. I found a few pretty things I was in need of, so if you're a Girl Who Eats Lunch you should give Torrid a once over. If you're a girl with a pulse you should go see The Wolverine. It really is a good movie - and yes, there's beaucoup beefcake involved.

I wore a thrifted Dots dove grey jacket over a fuchsia Cynthia Rowley tank top from the clearance rack at Marshall's. The studded tri-color pencil skirt is from Forever 21 and the Nomi ankle boots were purchased almost two years ago from the sale rack at Shi. The necklace is so old I can't remember where I got it, and the black Stein Mart watch should be familiar by now. The floral bangle is from last Summer's Forever 21 accessory wall.

Here's how I would accessorize this outfit using boticca.
