A Pilgrim's Progress

Not to be confused with the Christian allegory The Pilgrim's Progress.

This is my journey, one that I'm thankful to have the opportunity to traverse. The path is sometimes blocked or dimly lit. Sometimes I lack the courage or foresight to continue without a rest. But, once I find the heart and the way forward, I do my best to continue. The final destination is out there somewhere. Not nearly as important as the pilgrimage between here and there; now and then. The Tarot calls it The Fool's Journey, the path to wholeness. The only certainty to the journey is change.

Big changes are coming for Spashionista. I value every single one of you that take the time to read and follow on social media. I'm thankful I don't have to go it alone.

For Thanksgiving this year I chose to wear a vintage velvet dress from Goodwill, Funtasma Flapper shoes, Tiffany necklace, and flea-market find hat. My better half and I had a lovely dinner at Mere Bulles, a Nashville landmark. It's elegant without being stuffy and the food was divine.
