How I Spent My Summer Vacation

Vacation may be the wrong word because I don't feel very rested. I spent the majority of my Summer working on Fashion is for Every Body/Empower Tennessee's Boundless fashion show, which took place on September 9th. I've been doing some styling and consulting about the future of diversity in fashion. Non-sample-sized and those with disabilities, there's hope. I even got to talk a little bit about my whole journey into fashion-awareness on WSM radio, which broadcasts right out of the Opryland Hotel.

What's Wrong With You

"What's wrong with you?" This was the sentence of the week. I first heard it in response to the now viral "artistic" photo shoot featuring one of the Kardashian/Jenner bunch posing in fetish attire and sitting in a golden wheelchair. Just a few days ago, the question was directed at me during a Christmas party I attended.
