By now I hope I've conveyed a sense of what it was like for me to attend Nashville Fashion Week 2014. It's time to shift the focus to the actual fashions that walked the runway. This has been such an amazing week for me. I'm utterly, ecstatically exhausted. If there was ever any doubt about Nashville's growing influence and popularity as a fashion mecca for the South it was laid to rest by my experiences and interactions with Music City's fashion community.

Shopping Smart For Nashville Fashion Week

There's a time to save and a time to splurge. If you've been following this blog for any length of time you know that I'm a big proponent of shopping for bargains and secondhand items whenever possible. Take this pretty little beaded bag I found at Goodwill for $1.99. I may end up using it to attend one of the runway shows and no one would ever guess it was so inexpensive.

Nashville Fashion Week Emerging Designers At Ruby

April 2nd, the second night of Nashville Fashion Week, will feature 10 of fashion's Emerging Designers. The Runway show will take place at Ruby followed by an after-party at Music City Tippler. Here's a glimpse at the designers that will be showing their Fall 2014 collections that night.
